So the last few weeks of June is here and things are starting to slow down. I've put in applications here and there so hopefully I hear back from someone soon.
French Quarter Fest went great, can't help but think I would have done better if it weren't for all the rain we got. Disadvantages of having an out door gallery I suppose. This spring has been entirely too rainy. I feel like I would have done a lot better if it weren't for the rain. I mean, I've done great but now summer is here and sales are dropping.
During FQF I started a special project called #ajArtFindersKeepers I zentangle rocks and leave them for people to find! It's fun but

Busy, BUSY! BUSY!

So my surgery went well. I have my last appointment Tues and that should be the end of that. Thankfully the procedure wasn't that bad, what kicked my ass the most was the anesthesia. I got sick in the car on my way home and I did nothing but sleep for the next two days afterwards. But other than that my breathing has gotten back to normal and I sleep so much better.
Me and my boyfriend purchased a 24in inkjet cannon IPF6400. It was a pretty scary big investment but so far good. I'm hoping during the coming months we can make our money back. My boyfriend has gotten a website set up with a few of his prints:

Your zen pattern ink drawings have made me a fan. Perhaps for life. Who knows. I live for the moments where time stops to exist and there is only the beauty of the patterns of the ink.

Do you do commissions?
I do, but I do real life commissions. lol I know on here a lot of people do digital art commissions for points or what have you but since all my work is traditional, and most of all my work is for sale, then my commission consists of, money payment and then upon completion of said piece, I mail it to your home. But I mostly ship in the U.S.
How do you take payment?
I send out invoices via square.
